Refund Policy

1. Summary

We stand behind our work. If writing does not meet the agreed scope after revision rounds, we either resolve it or provide a proportional refund. This policy specifies the terms.

2. Full Refund

A full refund is available if you cancel within 24 hours of payment AND before the project brief has been reviewed and writing has started. Email billing@mscopywrite.com with subject "Cancellation Request."

3. Partial Refund

• Brief under review, no writing started: 75% refund
• Less than 25% of writing complete: 50% refund
• 25% to 50% complete: 25% refund
• More than 50% complete: No refund; project delivered as scoped

4. Quality Disputes

If delivered copy contains substantive errors or significantly misses the agreed brief, we correct at no charge within 10 business days. Contact hello@mscopywrite.com with specific examples of what was promised versus what was delivered.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Rush delivery fees after the rush window begins
• Consultation hours that have been used

6. How to Request

1. Email billing@mscopywrite.com with "Refund Request" in subject
2. Include name, order date, and reason
3. Response within 2 business days; decision within 5 business days
4. Approved refunds returned via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days
