FAQ

The questions we get every time.

If yours is not here, email hello@mscopywrite.com or call (513) 931-6217.

We send you a detailed brief document before any writing starts. It typically takes 30 to 45 minutes to complete and covers your target audience, business model, key differentiators, tone, competitors, and what the copy needs to accomplish. We need real answers -- the more specific, the better the output. Generic briefs produce generic copy.
Starter packages include 2 revision rounds. Growth packages include 3. Authority packages include unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. A revision round means you send consolidated feedback, we implement it across the relevant sections, and deliver an updated draft. Rounds where you change the strategic direction or scope are discussed separately.
Yours, always. That is the point. Part of the brief process involves understanding how your brand sounds -- or how you want it to sound. For businesses that do not have a defined brand voice, we can help establish one as part of the Brand Voice & Messaging service, then write everything from that foundation.
Yes, but SEO is not the primary frame for how we write. We write for humans first and optimize for search where it is relevant. Basic keyword integration is included in all packages. Full on-page SEO optimization (keyword research, meta descriptions, header structure) is included in Growth and Authority packages, and available as an add-on for Starter.
Contact us before you purchase and we will scope it accurately. If you have started and the project evolves beyond the original scope, we discuss it before doing additional work and provide an updated quote. Nothing appears on your invoice that was not agreed in advance.
Starter projects: 14 business days from when we receive a completed brief. Growth: 21 business days. Authority: 30 business days. These timelines assume timely brief responses and revision feedback. If there are delays on the client side, the timeline adjusts accordingly. Rush delivery (5-business-day turnaround for Starter scope) is available as an add-on.
Yes. Rush delivery is available for Starter-scope projects and is priced as an add-on. Rush means 5 business days from receipt of a completed brief. Rush projects must be submitted during available slots -- we do not accept rush work when it would compromise quality of existing client projects.
That is what revision rounds are for. The first draft is a starting point -- a complete, considered starting point, but a starting point. We expect feedback. If after multiple revision rounds you are still not satisfied, we will have a direct conversation about what is not working and either solve it or, in rare cases, discuss a refund per our refund policy.
